Job Title: Production Manager - Garri and Cassava Products

Location: Ijebu Igbo, Ogun

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our garri and cassava processing operations at Olsale Farms Limited in Ijebu Igbo.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality control, and optimizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage production team to achieve production targets
Ensure quality control and product safety
Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Maintain equipment and facilities
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams
Implement safety protocols and training
Requirements

Education: HND or Higher in Food Technology, Agriculture, or related field
Experience: 8 years of verifiable experience in garri and cassava processing production management
Strong knowledge of processing techniques and quality control
Proven leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
