Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Sabon Wuse, Niger

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of materials, equipment, and services required for our manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of all procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is an added advantage.
