Job Title: Montessori Director & Directress

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Summary

We are seeking for an experienced and passionate Montessori Director / Directress to join our school. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Montessori principles and practices, with the ability to guide children in the 3–6 years age range through a nurturing, child-centered learning environment.
Requirements

Academic Qualification: Diploma in Montessori Education (DMT) 3 years to 6 years
Professional Certification: Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Certificate will be an added advantage.
Experience: 3 years and above
Preferred Residence: Surulere and environs
Skill, Abilities and Knowledge: Good understanding of montessori principles, effective communication skills, classroom management skills creativity, patience, etc.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 7:20 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
