Job Summary
The Infield Call deck Manager leads and manages both the Infield Quality ControI and in office Call Back team, ensuring the timely, accurate and efficient delivery of quality data
This role requires a keen understanding of research methodologies, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Support the Head of Unit in resource planning& monitoring by managing job assigning, job distributions, ensuring conste nt follow-up with the team and ensuringqualitydeliverabkson all QC projects.
Participating in projectset up meeting and project briefingof the assigned projects.
Support on budget, requisition and reconciliation with finance is prepared and approved timely
Support on all the QC workflow on assigned projects and supervise both call back team and Field QC officers to ensure quality deliveries.
Perform data inconsistencieschecks, outliers, and trend checks (based on all QCError KRIS). prepare daily/weekl',' QC report and communicate report with field team
Ensure constant follow up with field team to ensure all data queries and issues are resolved within 24 hours of flag.
Oversee the infield QCandCaII back process fo multiple research projects, ensuring deadlines are met and qualitystandards are maintained.
