We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Griller (Shawarma & Suya)

Location: Orba, Nsukka - Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook shawarma, suya and other similar fast-food items according to recipes and company standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
Maintain cleanliness of the cooking area, utensils, and equipment.
Monitor stock of ingredients, report shortages, and assist with restocking.
Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation to reduce waste.
Maintain compliance with all hygiene, health, and safety standards (HACCP/NAFDAC/local).
Work efficiently during peak hours to deliver orders on time.
Support catering services and events as needed.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a cook specializing in shawarma and/or burgers.
Knowledge of fast-food recipes, marinades, sauces, and grilling techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic food hygiene and safety knowledge.
