Across Global Travel & Tours Limited has been Nigeria’s trusted travel agency for over 20 years, helping clients with visas, study abroad, work permits, tours, and flight bookings. We’re expanding our digital presence and seeking a creative, tech-savvy individual to join our team.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Flight Booking Officer / Ticketing Agent

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented person who understands flight ticket booking and reservation systems to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel and able to handle clients’ flight requests quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

Search, book, and issue flight tickets for clients using Amadeus,
Communicate professionally with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Calculate fares, reissue/refund tickets, and monitor airline policies and promos.
Maintain daily records of bookings, payments, and client follow-ups.
Support the sales and visa departments when needed.
Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess an ND / Degree 
We're looking for flight reservations staff, with a minimum of two years of experience with a registered travel agency.
Salary
N80,000 - N110,000 monthly.
