Job Overview

The Facility Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring the shopping mall’s facilities, equipments, and infrastructures are maintained to the highest standards.
This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, contractor supervision, safety compliance, interacting with Government Agencies, and providing technical support to ensure a safe, clean, and fully operational environment for tenants, customers, and staff.

Safety & Compliance
Energy & Facility Efficiency
Administrative & Reporting.
Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in facility maintenance (preferably in retail or commercial properties).
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
Hands-on technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair.
Salary
N250,000 / month
