Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Location: Ashaka, Gombe 

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Agent based in Ashaka.
The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, promoting and selling the bank's products and services, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This role involves face-to-face interaction with clients as well as some work-from-home tasks.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is beneficial
Interpersonal Skills and Communication
Customer Service skills
Finance and Sales expertise
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
