Job Title: Data & Growth Analyst

Location: Lagos

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Summary

The Data & Growth Analyst will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on OVU’s key growth and operational metrics.
This role will support decision-making by providing actionable insights that improve partner onboarding, user acquisition, engagement, and overall business performance.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and report on the number of partners onboarded, route coverage, and market penetration.
Track app installs, bookings, revenues, and user engagement on a daily and weekly basis.
Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports for the leadership team.
Deliver actionable insights to support marketing, operations, and product optimization.
Identify bottlenecks in growth and operational performance and recommend improvements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy and reliability of daily/weekly growth reports.
Timeliness of insight delivery to leadership and functional teams.
Measurable impact of insights on improving campaign efficiency (CAC, CPI).
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
3 – 5 years’ experience in data analytics, preferably in startups, tech, or fintech sectors.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Ability to present insights clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 monthly.
