Job Title: Admin & Support Officer

Job Summary
The Admin & Support Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative, HR, finance, and customer support services.
This role is crucial in maintaining efficient internal processes, supporting staff welfare, and delivering timely assistance to both employees and users.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee office administration, HR coordination, and payroll support functions.
Maintain and manage vendor, supplier, and travel service contracts.
Provide frontline support for user and customer queries, ensuring timely resolution.
Track and report employee compliance, attendance, and welfare matters.
Manage logistics and arrangements for company events, meetings, and activations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for internal administrative tasks.
Customer satisfaction ratings for support services.
Timely and accurate delivery of HR and administrative processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
3 years experience in administration, HR, or customer support roles.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic HR/finance software.
Familiarity with startup or fast-paced work environments is an added advantage.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
