An exciting opportunity is open for talented professionals to join a leading multinational brand in the electronics retail industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and manage daily operations of a retail branch, ensuring sales growth, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences.
Drive retail, B2B, and channel distribution sales across your assigned region.
Supervise, train, and mentor a dynamic team to achieve peak performance.
Execute branch-level promotions, activations, and product launches in alignment with HQ strategies.
Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and corporate partners.
Maintain strong operational excellence with focus on inventory, KPIs, and store profitability.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required; BBA / MBA is a strong advantage.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Electronics Retail, B2B Sales, or Channel Distribution (Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and prior ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in branch management, sales conversion, and customer engagement.
Goal-driven, ethical, organized, and performance-focused professional.
Open to travel for business and branch activities.
