We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Rumuomasi - Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The Front Desk/Administrative Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors.
The role involves managing front office operations, providing administrative support to the general operations of the company, coordinating office logistics, handling communication, and ensuring a professional and well-organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and training participants in a professional manner.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel.
Maintain visitor and training attendance records.

Provide information about company services, training schedules, and programs.
Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and documenting manpower training and development programs.

Support preparation of training materials, handouts, and certificates.
Manage correspondence (letters, memos, emails, reports) and maintain filing systems.

Coordinate office logistics including meeting arrangements, catering, and refreshments.

Track and update staff attendance, leave records, and related admin reports.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and office environment.

Manage inventory of office supplies, training materials, and consumables; raise requisitions for replenishment.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of office equipment.

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility management as required.

Assist in disseminating information on training schedules.

Maintain contact databases of clients, trainees, and partners.

Support marketing communication.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned to ensure smooth office and training operations.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO or OND qualification with 2 years relevant work experience.
Salary
To be agreed upon during interview.
