Job Summary

We are hiring a Field Recovery Officer responsible for managing and recovering overdue accounts through field operations and direct customer engagement.
The role involves executing recovery strategies, negotiating realistic repayment plans, and recommending process improvements, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and company 

Key Responsibilities

Engage defaulting customers and recover overdue debts.
Negotiate and monitor repayment plans based on financial assessments.
Update recovery systems and provide insights on debt management strategies.
Ensure adherence to legal and internal recovery processes.
Deliver high-quality service aligned with company values and customer care policies.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in collections or field recoveries.
Knowledge of debt recovery principles and legal processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with call center optimization and financial systems.
Skip tracing knowledge
